14:29 Coaching is built around that moment. Founded by Clarissa Snelson — chaplain, rodeo mom, and Certified Western Performance Coach — this is coaching for the whole person, not just the competitor: the student, the son or daughter, the believer underneath it all. Clarissa works with people of all ages. The work is identity, focus, and pressure, addressed at the root — so confidence isn't something you wait to earn. It's something you already have permission to trust.

Here's how it works:

Discovery Call: a free 15-minute conversation to learn about 14:29 Coaching and see if it's a fit.

The First Step: a paid 45-minute first coaching call, a great way to begin if you're new to working with Clarissa.

The Reset and The Journey can each be booked any time when you know you are ready to get started with your coaching journey.

And Step Out of the Boat, the 6-week group program, is there for 7th–12th grade students. A Discovery Call is not required if we’ve already talked in person or you are being referred by a friend.

This call is for NEW CLIENTS, when you need clarity to get started and support to take that FIRST STEP. This is where you start.

Sometimes one conversation can make all the difference. The FIRST STEP is an extended coaching session designed to help new clients understand the 14:29 Coaching experience and begin to work through a specific challenge, gain a fresh perspective or prepare for an important moment.

The Reset: 1 Coaching Call

When you need clarity for your next step.

Sometimes one conversation can make all the difference. The Reset is a single coaching session designed to help you work through a specific challenge, gain a fresh perspective or prepare for an important moment.

Individual Journey: 1:1 Coaching Package

Stepping out of the boat is one moment. Learning to keep walking - through the wind, through the next storm, through the next hard go - takes more than one session. Your journey is personal, so I've created one-on-one coaching for students who want to get support or gain additional confidence. Six sessions, focused entirely on you and where you are right now - the specific pressure, the specific doubt, the specific next step. This can also be something you want to consider getting before, during, or after the group program if you are facing an extra tough or stressful situation. (Like Qualifying for State or National Finals!) What's included: 6 personal 1:1 coaching sessions with Clarissa Continued work on mental prep, focus, mindset, confidence, emotional regulation, and handling pressure - tailored to you Investment: $600 (10% discount if paid in full)

STEP OUT OF THE BOAT: A 6-Week Group Coaching Program

Peter didn't wait for proof before he climbed out of the boat. He trusted the voice that called him, and took the step. This is where that starts for your student. Learning to trust their faith and themselves - over their performance and results. Six weeks, live coaching session - virtually, built around gaining confidence and clarity on their identity, focus, and pressure - so competition stops being about trying to prove they're good enough, and starts being about trusting that they already are. Just the way God made them.

Program Details

Who it's for7th–12th grade students - rodeo competitors and other student athletes welcome.

6 weekly live sessions, 1 hour each, via Google Meet

Boys' and girls' groups meet separately

What Happens Each Week

Week 1 — Who You Are As a young adult, a student, a competitor, and a part of your family. What you actually value, and why.

Week 2 — Beyond the Scoreboard Learning to see your identity as separate from your last win or your last loss.

Week 3 — What's Holding You Back Naming the limiting beliefs and the expectations you've been carrying that were never actually yours to carry.

Week 4 — Focus & the Nervous System Understanding what's actually happening in your body and mind in the moments before you compete.

Week 5 — Tools for the Storm Box breathing, visualization, and real tools to use under pressure — not just in competition, but anywhere the pressure shows up.

Week 6 — Open Coaching Q&A, purpose, and what's next — including an introduction to continued one-on-one coaching for students who want to keep going. Parents are invited to a follow-up call of their own. Starts: August 31, 2026 Investment: $400
